After moving from Australia, and knowing nothing about fires and duel fuel heating, we located Mick's ad in the local advertiser, and asked him to come and look at our two chimneys, as we felt they had not been touched for years.

Mick conducted a though cleaning and unblocking of both chimneys, which took longer than expected. He used drop sheets on my flooring and went to great lengths to ensure that the dust and soot was all vacuumed up and not coming back into the room. He knew exactly what he was doing and I felt very comfortable leaving him to do his job.

“Our fire was not dragging correctly, so Mick came to sweep our chimneys. He was very punctual and knowledgeable, very clean and tidy, there was no signs our chimney had even been swept (and we have cream carpets so you see even the smallest mark).

Even tho the issue was not to do with the chimneys being blocked Mick knew that we had the wrong cowls on our chimney, and as soon as we had it taken off the fire dragged perfectly.
